About the New Shipping Rates

The new rates below apply from January 24, 2025.

Shipping Rate List

• Mailbox delivery: 500 yen (tax included)

* Parcels are not covered by any guarantee once placed in the mailbox. Also, depending on the number of items ordered and their weight, mailbox delivery may not be available.

• Standard delivery (Sagawa Express): 880 yen (tax included)

• Remote-area delivery (Hokkaido and Okinawa): 1,500 yen (tax included)

What's more, orders totaling 5,000 yen (tax included) or more ship free!

About Delivery Methods

• You can choose your preferred delivery method when placing your order.

• Even if you select mailbox delivery, your order may be switched to standard delivery depending on its contents (quantity, weight, etc.).

In that case, we will contact you in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

• As a rule, we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

About Delivery Times

• Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 days of shipping. (Remote islands and similar areas may take 3–4 days.)

• Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, natural disasters, large-scale events, and other factors.

About Packaging

• We pack every order carefully so that the outer box arrives free of scratches and dents.

• However, after handover to the carrier, minor scratches or dents may occur on the outer box due to issues during transit.

If the product itself is unaffected, we kindly ask for your understanding.
