Refund policy

As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened products, for reasons of hygiene and quality. Unopened items may be returned as follows.

■ Returns for Customer Convenience (unopened items only, within 20 days of delivery)
Unopened, unused items may be returned for any reason within 20 days of delivery. Please contact us in advance at customer@imacha.jp or by phone (0995-43-9162).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product price to your original payment method (excluding the original delivery fee)
  • Opened products are not eligible for return

■ Damage, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please check your order soon after it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at customer@imacha.jp or by phone (0995-43-9162) within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange an exchange or refund (in this case, we cover the shipping costs).

■ Non-Returnable Items
Opened food items, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.

■ Shipments to the EU (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
For orders shipped within the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, with proof of purchase (receipt, etc.). Due to the nature of food products, opened items are not eligible.

■ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing by your payment provider may take additional time. If more than 16 business days have passed since approval, contact us at customer@imacha.jp.
