大雨に伴う販売業務一時休止および配送遅延のお知らせ

平素より今村茶園をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたびの大雨の影響により、茶園周辺において通行止めや安全面での懸念が生じております。

お客様ならびに従業員の安全を第一に考え、当面の間、ECサイトおよび直売所での販売業務を一時休止させていただくことといたしました。

また、大雨の影響により配送業者各社でも集配・配送に遅延が発生しております。

現在ご注文いただいている商品や、再開後の発送分につきましても、お届けまで通常よりお時間をいただく場合がございます。

さらに、海外からのご注文分につきましては、発送再開を8月18日以降とさせていただきます。

国際配送の状況により、お届けまでにさらにお時間をいただく可能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

再開時期や配送状況につきましては、状況を確認のうえ改めて公式ウェブサイトおよび各種SNSにてご案内いたします。

Notice of Temporary Suspension of Sales and Delivery Delays Due to Heavy Rain

Thank you for your continued support of Imamura Tea Plantation.

Due to the recent heavy rain, road closures and safety concerns have arisen in the area surrounding our tea fields.

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we will be temporarily suspending sales operations on our online store and at our direct sales shop until further notice.

In addition, delivery services are experiencing delays due to the heavy rain.

Orders currently in process, as well as those placed after sales resume, may take longer than usual to arrive.

Furthermore, for international orders, shipments will resume on or after August 18.

Please note that international delivery may take longer than usual depending on the conditions of overseas transportation.

We will provide updates on the resumption of sales and delivery status via our official website and social media channels as soon as the situation allows.
