Due to the recent heavy rain, road closures and safety concerns have arisen in the area surrounding our tea fields.

With the safety of our customers and staff as our first priority, we have decided to temporarily suspend sales operations on our online store and at our direct sales shop for the time being.

In addition, courier companies are experiencing delays in collection and delivery due to the heavy rain.

Orders currently in process, as well as shipments made after operations resume, may take longer than usual to arrive.

Furthermore, for international orders, shipments will resume on or after August 18.

Please note that delivery may take additional time depending on international shipping conditions.

We will provide updates on the resumption of sales and delivery status via our official website and social media channels once we have assessed the situation.
