Our Organic Matcha is produced in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, using the first flush harvest (Ichibancha) and cultivated under shading for more than 20 days to develop a deep color and rich flavor.
Made from a carefully selected blend of cultivars, this matcha is known for its fresh green aroma, strong sweetness, and clean finish. It offers a naturally smooth drinking experience while carrying the full-bodied umami unique to organic cultivation.
