Each year begins with a special cup — the arrival of the season’s very first tea.
Crafted from the fresh spring growth in Kirishima, this year’s first flush (shincha) is a reflection of the region’s pristine air, pure water, and mineral-rich volcanic soil. Nature's essence is captured in every leaf.

High Aroma, Deep Umami, Elegant Balance
This tea opens with a high-toned, vibrant aroma. A soft sweetness and smooth texture greet the first sip, followed by layers of rich umami and a long, lingering fruity finish.
Only first flush leaves grown under shaded cultivation are used. Through Imamura Tea Plantation’s original roasting method, bitterness is gently subdued — allowing aroma, sweetness, umami, and bitterness to harmonize beautifully.

A Singular Terroir: The Soul of Kirishima
Grown at high elevations on misty slopes near the Kirishima mountain range, the tea leaves embody both delicacy and strength — the hallmarks of true Kirishima tea.
Every step, from harvest to processing and final roasting, is handled entirely in-house. This ensures the natural blessings of Kirishima are preserved within each leaf.

Cultivar Blend
A balanced blend of Saemidori, Tsuyuhikari, and Yabukita cultivars, carefully combined to draw out their distinct aromas and sweetness — resulting in a tea with remarkable depth and refinement.
