今村茶園では現在、2025年度の新茶に向けた準備が進んでいます。
霧島の澄んだ空気、清らかな水、豊かな火山土壌。
その自然のすべてが、今年の新茶に注がれます。
ハイトーンで力強い香り、極上の旨み、そしてフルーティーな余韻。
2025年の新茶は、例年以上の出来栄えが期待されています。
■ 極上の旨みとフルーティーな味わい
被覆栽培で育てた一番茶のみを使用予定。
独自の火入れ製法により、渋みを抑えつつ、香り・甘み・旨み・苦味が美しく調和。
ひと口目に感じるやさしい甘み。
そしてそのあとに広がる、芳醇で深い旨みと、香りの余韻。
■ 霧島という、唯一無二のテロワール
霧島連山のふもと、朝霧に包まれる高地で育った茶葉は、
繊細さと力強さをあわせ持つ、霧島茶ならではの個性を持ちます。
収穫から製茶、焙煎まですべての工程を自園で一貫して行い、
自然の恵みをそのまま茶葉に閉じ込めています。

・つゆひかり
・やぶきた
3種をバランスよくブレンドし、
香り・甘み・旨みの奥行きを引き出します。
